Toynol® ADS-20 is a high-performance water-based dispersing agent, composed of a solution of alkyl alcohol ammonium salt of high molecular weight acid copolymers and surfactants. It has good wetting effect on pigments and fillers, outstanding deflocculation, and provides powerful charge repulsion. Suitable for various powders and organic/inorganic pigment dispersion, it can reduce the viscosity of grinding systems and improve the color development of millbases. APEO-free, environmentally friendly.

3.1 Recommended Application Fields
Architectural coatings: Improves emulsion paint's storage stability (gloss and leveling), enhances color acceptance and development of color paste in color modulation
Carbon black millbase: Enhances color acceptance and development of color paste
3.2 Usage Methods and Recommended Dosage

3.2.2 Operation Guidance
Do not add wetting agents separately. If the pigment is really hard to wet, Toynol® wetting agents can be added to accelerate original powder wetting.
Adding Toynol® defoamers can quickly eliminate grinding foam.
To obtain optimal performance, Toynol® additives must be added to water before resin and pigment.
It is advisable to conduct gradient tests to determine the optimal dosage.
4 ⚠️ Safety and Storage
Packaging: 25L plastic drum, 220L iron drum
Storage: Delamination or turbidity may occur during transportation and storage at temperatures lower than 0℃. Heat to 20℃ and stir evenly before use. As a liquid material, this product should be sealed and placed in a dry, cool, well-ventilated place at room temperature away from fire sources.
