3.2 Usage Methods and Recommended Dosage
Recommended Dosage: The optimal addition level is 0.2-2wt.%. Due to differences in application systems and requirements, optimal concentration levels should be determined by running a ladder study.
Mixing Requirement: Keep agitating for at least 15-30 minutes to ensure thorough mixing. Heat appropriately if the viscosity increases.
Addition Sequence: It is recommended to add Toynol® FS-620 after other surfactants and polymers to ensure its dissolution or dispersion in the system. Add it before pigments, fillers, and other solid substances to facilitate wetting of solids and inhibiting the foam introduced by agitation.
